PRODUCTION
Libsa works with different factories, big (vertically integrated), medium and small ones.
Most of the factories Libsa works with have in house capabilities for different techniques of embellishments. To guarantee a proactive production follow-up, we have personnel that monitor the wips, making sure that the information we receive is accurate.
CAPACITIES
Knitting - Our factories have the most modern equipment in the market with circular, flat, and ribbon machines, with a monthly capacity of over 400,000 kg for cotton and blends.
Dyeing - This area consists in both fabric and yarn deying, with monthly capacity of over 300,000 kg and 120,000 kg respectively.
Cutting and Sewing - We count with the most modern cutting and layout machinery, for sewing we have a capacity of over 400,000 units by month. This area counts with first-rate technological machinery for woven and knitted fabric, highly qualified personnel and hourly control of production, we can provide versatility and flexibility when a quick change of model is needed.
We can also provide with needed capacities for embroidery, printing, laundry, finishing and quality control.
